Each item is carefully inspected and verified by our in-house experts.
For customers who require third-party verification, we offer Entrupy authentication service for an additional fee upon request.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and bank transfers.
All payments must be completed before an item is shipped.

4. Sales Are Final

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned goods, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal preferences or minor condition details.
Please review all item photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

5. Order Cancellation

Once your order has been placed, we do not allow cancellations or modifications.
If incorrect information is provided at checkout, a 4% handling fee will be charged to make any changes, if possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship directly from Tokyo, Japan via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Japan Post EMS.
A signature may be required upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our products or website.
